About
Santé Renata exists for the woman who feels overwhelmed, disconnected and caught on autopilot, who has forgotten what it feels like to actually be in her own life. We believe how you feel in your everyday life matters. That small, considered changes to your habits, environment and surroundings can be the difference between moving through a day and actually being present in it.
Through thoughtfully made products, journals, candles, and immersive experiences, we create the conditions to slow down, reconnect and return to yourself. This isn't about doing more, it's about feeling more. More grounded. More present. More like yourself.
Santé Renata, With you in every state.
I'm Shan, the founder of Santé Renata.
I've spent my career building projects, producing ideas and creating experiences for other people. Santé Renata brings together my love of beautiful spaces, good food, travel and meaningful experiences, alongside my belief in living more intentionally. I created it as a space to explore what makes life feel good, and make more room for it.
Santé Renata didn't begin as a business idea. It began in a season where burnout was quietly in control. My pace was relentless. I was always producing, always giving, always available, and moving through life on autopilot. Rest wasn't uncomfortable. It was absent.
What I didn't expect was how much scent would anchor me during that time. Before high pressure events and in moments when panic was building, certain fragrances became a steady presence. Lighting a candle wasn't about ambience. It was a signal. An essential oil roller became another way of telling my body it was safe to slow down.
Over time, I realised it wasn't just about calming myself. It was about learning to pay attention. To recognise when I was overstimulated, when I needed grounding, and when I needed a boundary between doing and being. Some of that came from years of masking, before I knew I was autistic. Some of it was just the pace of modern life. Either way, the noticing had to come first.
Santé Renata is built on the belief that small, intentional changes to our environment can support how we move through our day. Not as an escape or a fix, but as a way of living with greater intentionality.
